Now onto the cream cheese brownies. Using a mixer I put in 1/4 cup peanut butter, 1/4 cup butter (softened), and 1/4 cup cream cheese (softened). Then I mix together with a flat beater. Then I add about two cups of powdered sugar. Then, mix some more. You can add 1-3 Tbls of milk to your frosting depending on if you like your frosting stiff or not. I like mine stiffer on these brownies so I can pile it on! So I only used about 1/2 teaspoon at first and then worked up to the consistency that I liked.
When the brownies are done cooking make sure they are completely cooled before putting your frosting on. Once the frosting is on I like to refrigerate them for about 30 mins to an hour.
Cut up and ENJOY!! I wont judge if you eat the whole pan 😉
