Peanut butter oreo pie. All the best things in one! This pie is delicious, with chocolate pudding, peanut butter cream cheese, and Oreo crust all at once. Need I say more?!
This pie was a hit at the party I brought it to. There were no left overs which I was a little bummed about but I’m glad people liked it.
To me this is the perfect pie for any occasion because it’s chocolate, can’t go wrong with that. It is not to dense, the pudding and cool whip actually make it pretty airy. And everyone loves it all year long, well at least I do! 🙂
- 25 Oreos
- 4 Tbls melted butter
- 1 box chocolate pudding mix
- 1 C cold milk
- 16 oz cool whip
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 1/2 C peanut butter
- 1 1/2 C powdered sugar
- Take about 22 Oreos and grind them up in a food processor. You can leave the cream in them.
- Once ground up mix with 4 tbls of butter and press into an 8 inch pie pan.
- Beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, and 1 cup of powdered sugar until smooth. Then add half the cool whip. Pour into pie crust.
- Make your pudding by whipping the milk, pudding mix and 1/2 cup of powdered sugar for about 2 minutes. Then add remaining cool whip. Place on top of peanut butter cream cheese.
- Crush remaining Oreos and sprinkle over top of pie.
- Refrigerate until ready to eat.
I had to add this picture of my little helper wanting a taste. He couldn’t resist himself!
Enjoy this yummy peanut putter Oreo pie that you won’t regret making.
