Hey sistas!  We are back at it again with another simple 5 ingredient dinner recipe!  This is actually one of the recipes in our FREE ECOOKBOOK, “30 5-Ingredient Dinner Recipes”.  You can download it HERE.   This 5 Ingredient Coconut Shrimp is so simple to make and tastes so good!  It is the perfect balance of sweet and crunchy.  All of the shrimp fans in your family will love it!

5 Ingredient Coconut Shrimp

Delicious blend of coconut and shrimp! A dinner recipe the entire family will love!

Ingredients
  1. 1 lb of jumbo shrimp
  2. 2 beaten large eggs
  3. 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  4. 1 ½ cups sweetened shredded coconut
  5. ½ cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
  1. Heat 1 Tbsp of oil in large pan
  2. Set out 3 bowls and a plate
  3. Mix the bread crumbs and coconut into one bowl, place the flour in another bowl,
  4. and place the beaten eggs in the last bowl
  5. Take each shrimp and coat it in the flour bowl, then the beaten egg bowl, and
  6. then the bread crumb and coconut bowl (press the bread crumbs and coconut
  7. into shrimp with your fingers) and place shrimp on plate
  8. Once every shrimp is coated, place 7-8 shrimp at a time into hot pan and cook
  9. until light brown, flip and repeat (about 2 minutes on both sides)
