Here is the simple recipe:
- 4-6 pieces of chicken
- 16 oz Salsa (your favorite kind)
- 1 can black beans
- 1 cup of corn
- tortillas for serving
- Put all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until chicken is cooked fully
- When chicken is fully cooked, take out and shred with two forks
- Put the shredded chicken back in the crock pot and let it cook for 15-20 more minutes
- Serve in warm tortillas
- optional: add cheese, cilantro, and lime juice as toppings
