Today we are bringing you a cute & easy craft! This burlap and flower frame is so versatile because you can select any flower based on the season or room decor. I selected a sunflower because my baby’s nursery theme is “You are my sunshine”. I love having it up in her nursery! I think it is a cute little addition to the room!
Supplies:
1. Frame
2. Burlap
3. Scissors
4. Hot Glue gun
5. Any silk flower
6. Paint and foam paint brush (only if you are changing the color of the frame)
Directions:
1. Remove the glass and back from frame so that you only have the actual frame. If you want to change the color of the frame, use the paint and foam brush to do so. Let it dry completely. I used a brown frame that I found at a garage sale and painted it white.
2. Measure the back opening and the frame and cut a piece of burlap that is about 1/2 inch longer on each side.
3. Hot glue the burlap to the back of the frame.
4. Use your scissors to cut the stem off of the silk flower. Make sure that the back is pretty smooth.
5. Hot glue the flower to the center of the burlap.
I hope you like this fun little project! I really love having it in my baby’s nursery!
Sincerely,
shari jean
