When I was living in Hawaii in 2007, I was first introduced to banana pancakes at the Hukilau Cafe on Oahu. It is rumored that Jack Johnson’s song, “Banana Pancakes” was written about those pancakes. These pancakes were amazing, but probably full of calories.
