I have been in love with sparkly cone Christmas trees! I was at Home Goods and I saw some super cute silver ones but the price was not super cute because I wanted 3 of them. I felt like I could have made them for a lot cheaper. I was right! I ended up making my Christmas cones for $1.00 each. Score.
Materials needed:
- White poster board– I found mine at the dollar tree for .50 each. I used two of them.
- Silver glitter– I bought mine at Michaels. I used my 50% off coupon so it came out to $2.
- Spray adhesive– I already had this but my favorite kind that I use on every project needing glue is the Krylon all-purpose spray adhesive that you can get on Amazon. It is so much easier then mod podge or anything else because it is a spray.
- Hot glue gun
- Clear glaze spray– I had this as well and used it at the end. It is a clear coat that helps keep the glitter in tact. I used this Krylon Triple Thick Clear Glaze Aerosol Spray that you can get on Amazon.

Such an awesome idea! Cone trees are so cute but usually really cute ones are expensive! This is the perfect way to make cute/amazing cone trees for very low price!
