Looking for something scrumptious and easy to make for your next party? Well these potato rounds are just the thing. They are so simple to make and are so yummy.
These are one of my favorite appetizers to bring to parties because they are simple finger foods so they are easy to eat, they’re easy to transport to the party and I feel like they aren’t to filling because they are rounds instead of whole potatoes.
- 4 Large Potatoes
- Melted Butter
- Garlic Salt
- Pepper
- Cheese
- Bacon Bits
- Green Onions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Wash potatoes and cut into 1/4 inch rounds.
- Place on baking sheet lined with tin foil.
- spread melted butter on both sides of round and season with garlic salt and pepper to your liking.
- Bake in oven for 40 minutes flipping rounds halfway in between.
- When there are 5 minutes left, pull out your rounds and place cheese, bacon bits, and green onions on the top. Stick back in for the left over 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Serve with sour cream.
I only placed green onions on some because my husband isn’t a fan. These turned out great! They had the perfect tenderness and were so cheesy. They go great with a side of sour cream too. Enjoy your yummy and easy potato rounds!
Sincerely,
patti jean
