Hey Sistas, today we let you in on a little family secret. The best strawberry pie EVER! This pie is so delicious. It has a graham cracker crust, a cream cheese filling, and a strawberry glaze on top. It is perfect for summer when your looking for something light but oh so yummy.
- 1-2 lb strawberries (depending on your liking)
- Graham cracker crust
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 jar marshmallow cream
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 packet black cherry koolaid packet
- 4 T Ultra gel
- 1 cup water
- Cut up strawberries into quarters and set aside.
- Combine all ingredients and mix until well combined. Scoop into graham cracker crust.
- Place Strawberries on top of filling.
- Mix everything together well and pour on top of strawberries.
- Refrigerate until ready to eat.
