Car Servicing Tips & Experience

Hey friends! I hope you are all enjoying this wonderful holiday season. It’s the best time of the year but it can also be the busiest time of year. I think that is why it passes by so fast. Because with the fun of the holiday, real life is also happening too. Like getting your car serviced. With taking trips to go see family or traveling hours away to get a present…cough, cough! We need to make sure our vehicles are reliable and safe with the right tires to drive our families and ourselves around in.

I am not much of an expert in cars and so when I need something done on my car like a tire check or even brand new tires I am a big advocate in going somewhere where they treat me with respect and have great customer service. I recently went in to Discount Tire and they did not disappoint. The staff was very helpful and friendly, I was pleasantly surprised.

First off, I made an appointment online so that I could schedule my day. Of course when we went to get into the car my son peed his pants and through the biggest fit of his life! I called Discount Tire and said I was running late, I was so sorry, and asked if there were any other available appointments left that day. The employee on the phone said, “we are quite booked today but you know what, I am going to take care of you. Come on in and I will check you in for your appointment.” Now for a mom who is already flustered with how her day is going. That was huge for me! So we headed on over and checked in.

I had them do a tire check on my car, which is a free service that they offer, and they did a thorough job inspecting and checking the air pressure. I was really impressed with the job that they did. My tip to anyone looking to service their vehicle would be to go to somewhere that has great customer service, who has great prices, and treats you with respect. I found this at Discount Tire promotions and I will for sure be going back when I need to.

sincerely,
