Hey Sistas! Are you looking for a yummy but healthy meal replacement? I love drinking these Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shakes in the morning before my workouts. It almost taste like a milk shake but you don’t feel as guilty drinking it hehe.
These are really easy to make and only takes a matter of minutes to make.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake
Ingredients
4 oz. cold water
4 oz. vanilla almond milk
1 scoop of your favorite chocolate protein powder, about 1/2 cup
1 big spoonful of peanut butter
1 cup ice
Instructions
Combine ingredients together in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
I love the feeling of starting off my day with a healthy choice. I am for sure not perfect at it but when I do drink it I love the way I feel. I get my sweet tooth fix but at the same time get my protein fix.
