Hey there everyone! Today we’re sharing another furniture makeover with a diy chalk paint recipe. I always love sharing these types of makeovers because they’re so fun to do! I had a client come to me and ask if I would be willing to make over some dresser she had that needed some attention. I took one look at them and I got so excited. These dresser have such a beautiful frame. These pieces have so many little intricacies I knew I wanted to makeover these pieces right away.
My client wanted white so I gladly agreed and told her of the white paint that is my go to paint for white furniture. Again it is Creamy White by Behr, you can find it at Lowes or Home Depot.
She also wanted chalk paint. So I used my chalk paint recipe that I have used here and here. I love using it!
I also made sure that I worked in little sections and then I would go back over my work with a roller to get that professional look, I use these rollers HERE. I wanted these really sturdy so I ended up doing 4 coats.
