Hey sistas!  Today I am sharing a delicious and very simple soup recipe.  This easy 8 can chicken taco soup will literally take you only a few minutes to prepare.  All you have to do is dump everything in!  Don’t you love recipes like that?  I know I do!  I have been making this soup for years and it is one of my favorites!  Even my one year old daughter loves it.  I just drain the liquid and let her eat the chicken and vegetables.  I think that your family is going to love it too!

This Easy 8 Can Chicken Taco Soup is delicious and quick! A dinner the entire family will love!

Ingredients
  1. 1 10 oz can of chicken breast chunks
  2. 1 can kidney beans (drained)
  3. 1 can pinto beans (drained)
  4. 3 cans Hunts fire roasted diced tomatoes
  5. 1 can corn (not drained)
  6. 1 small can green chiles
  7. 1 packet of taco seasoning
Instructions
  1. Dump all cans and taco seasoning into large pot and stir
  2. Cook until soup is warm enough to serve
  3. Serve with sour cream and tortilla chips

The ingredient that gives this soup so much flavor is those fire roasted tomatoes!  I have tried other brands but Hunt’s tastes the best!
