Can you believe that summer is already in full swing? It is SUPER hot in Las Vegas and we are running that air conditioning non stop! We love summer though, and we absolutely love the Fourth of July. Today I am bringing you red, white, and blue ice cream sandwiches for your parties!
What is not to love about the Fourth of July? You get the day off of work, hang out with friends and family, BBQ, swim, celebrate America, and watch fireworks! Everyone will love you for bringing these delicious Fourth of July ice cream sandwiches to cool them off from the hot day.
They are so easy to make! Here are the ingredients that you will need for these homemade ice cream sandwiches:
- Ready to Bake Sugar Cookies from Pillsbury
- Vanilla Ice Cream
- Red and Blue Sprinkles
Here are the steps to take:
- Bake the sugar cookies with directions from the package
- Let cookies cool
- Scoop ice cream in between two cookies
- Add the sprinkles to the sides of the ice cream sandwich
