I am loving summertime and can not believe that it is already August! Where has the time gone?! One thing that you must have during summer are popsicles! These homemade fresh fruit popsicles are healthy and delicious! So skip the store-bought, sugar-filled popsicles and try these healthy fresh fruit ones instead! They are so refreshing! All you need is fresh fruit (I used peach and mango because those are my favs), plastic cups (I used pudding cups), plastic spoons, and a freezer! Give them a try! You will love them!
- 1 peach
- 1 mango
- Cut skin off of fruit
- Cut fruit into 1 inch cubes
- Put all fruit cubes into blender
- Blend until consistency is smooth
- Pour into plastic cups
- Place plastic spoons into the center
- Place in freezer until completely frozen
