Try our yummy chicken salad recipe below using nonfat greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise. We will be substituting 1/2 cup mayo for 1/2 cup nonfat greek yogurt. Take a look at the nutrition guides below (nonfat greek yogurt on the left and mayo on the right). 1/2 cup (4 ounces) of greek yogurt has 70 calories and 0g of fat. 1/2 cup (8 tablespoons) of mayo has 720 calories and 80g of fat. This means you will save 650 CALORIES AND 80g OF FAT just by making this one substitute!!!

- 1 cup shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup nonfat greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup chopped green grapes
- 1/2 cup chopped apple
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and serve with whole wheat pita. Enjoy!
