Use the below chart we created as a guide. (Click on the image for a printable version.) Try our yummy chicken salad recipe below using nonfat greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise. We will be substituting 1/2 cup mayo for 1/2 cup nonfat greek yogurt. Take a look at the nutrition guides below (nonfat greek yogurt on the left and mayo on the right). 1/2 cup (4 ounces) of greek yogurt has 70 calories and 0g of fat. 1/2 cup (8 tablespoons) of mayo has 720 calories and 80g of fat.
