This Lavender Lemon salt scrub is one of my absolute favorite beauty supplements that I use. You can use it on any part of your skin. I usually use it on my hands and my feet. It really gives the feel and touch of a my skin a makeover. The salt scrub makes my skin so smooth and the lavender and lemon makes the smell so relaxing and energizing at the same time. I used Epsom salt and then the lavender and lemon are Doterra oils. Lavender and Lemon are the perfect smells mixed together. I can’t tell if I love the smell of scrub or the feel of the scrub more. It is all amazing!
- 1 Cup epsom salt
- 4 Tbls Coconut oil
- 1 tsp Lavender Doterra oil
- 1 tsp Lemon Doterra oil
- Add 1 cup epsom salt to your bowl.
- Slowly add in your coconut oil and stir until wet.
- Add your tsp of lavendar and stir.
- Add your tsp of lemon and stir.
- Store in container with lid.
I usually use it while I’m in the bath or when I feel like my skin just needs a lift. After a long day of running around with my son this scrub only take a few minutes for me to feel like I’m a little more rejuvenated. I get my hands wet and then rub the salt scrub for about 30 seconds to a minute and then I rinse with warm water. My hands feel like butter afterward.
This salt scrub is the perfect gift for any occasion. Everyone always loves the feel and outcome of this product. It really is the best and we hope you enjoy it!
Sincerely,
patti jean

This looks simply divine. Definitely trying this tonight! I LOVE epsom salts! Did you know that magnesium is absorbed topically better than taking a supplement? For my clients that show low magnesium on their hair mineral analysis test (which is most people ;)), I always suggest that they take epsom salt baths OFTEN! <3 this <3

Hiya, I love the idea of this, could I mix Epsom salta with natural sea salt, I live in Gozo and have loads of natural salt, it’s quite damp so can’t be used in a salt mill, but it’s amazing

Hi Jan! Thanks for your comment. I think it would be fine to mix the natural sea salt with the Epsom salt. Sea salt and Epson salt are both great for your skin.
