Looking for something to make with your leftover whipping cream? Today we bring you a delicious recipe for an enchilada dish! These 5 Ingredient Whipping Cream Enchiladas are super creamy, yummy, and your family will love it.

This is a super easy recipe to use with all of your left overs. 
Whipping Cream Enchiladas

Ingredients
  1. 1 lb Cooked Chicken Shredded
  2. 1 (8oz package of cream cheese)
  3. 12 Tortillas
  4. 2 Cups Monterey Jack Cheese
  5. 2 Cups Whipping Cream
Instructions
  1. Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13 baking pan.
  2. Boil chicken in water until its cooked thoroughly. Shred it. I love throwing it in my kitchen aid! It shreds up so fast and it so much Easier!
  3. Throw your cream cheese and chicken in a pan and mix over medium heat. Heat until cream cheese is melted.
  4. Spoon cream cheese chicken mixture into tortillas. Roll up and stick in 9x13 baking pan.
  5. Pour whipping cream all over your tortillas.
  6. Top with your Monterey Jack cheese.
  7. Stick in the oven and bake for 35-45 minutes or until cheese is melted and heated through.
  8. Enjoy!!
