EASTER is Tomorrow!! We hope you all enjoy this amazing day and remember the true meaning of Easter. Today we bring you an easy and quick way to make the perfect boiled eggs for any occasion and they will be great for Easter tomorrow!

Making boiled eggs is a Must at our house on Easter. That is why we share today an easy way to make your boiled eggs peel easily and quickly so that they look perfect for your guests.

Items Needed:

  • Sauce Pan
  • Eggs
  • Water
  • Baking Soda

Directions:

  • Put Eggs in sauce sauce pan and fill it until the water covers all of your eggs.
  • Pour in some baking soda! I pour about 1/8 of a cup in. You can add more if you want.
  • Then turn on the stove to medium heat. Now wait! Go and watch some HGTV! (favorite show)
  • Once they start boiling I leave them on for about 4 minutes and then immediately take them off the heat.
  • Now you let them sit, I wait until they are almost completely cooled. Drain the water and stick them in the fridge!
  • Your Done!

Why Baking Soda?
Because the albumen (egg white) will stick to the shell of a fresher egg. When the water with baking soda passes through the eggshell, it helps the albumen to separate from the shell!

There are so many things you can do with your eggs! One idea is to dye them in faded colors 🙂
