These past couple of months, we have been traveling like crazy! It has been a blast, but I definitely have learned a lot when traveling with kids. So, I have compiled road trip tips for traveling with kids to help me remember what works best. Hopefully they will help you as well!
First is snacks! Snacks, snacks and more snacks! We grabbed our favorite PepsiCo products from Albertsons. Albertsons Anniversary Sale is from August 1st-14th. They have some great deals! I got some of our favorites, like Quaker Life breakfast cereal, Doritos, Nacho Cheese, and of course something for mom and dad:a 12-pack of Pepsi.
What I usually do to keep everything organized is divide up our snacks into baggies. This way the boys each have their own bags and there is no fighting over them. I always have their own little station that I put activities for them to do. Right now, they are into stickers and drawing boards!
Of course, one of my tips is to have something for mom and dad to get through the trip! The Albertsons Anniversary Sale is the perfect time to grab some Pepsi. My boys and I love shopping at Albertsons. Everything is super clean and organized. I always bribe my boys with a free cookie from their bakery if they are good throughout our shopping experience.
Just in case of emergencies, I always keep a sweet treat in my bag. I feel like towards the end of our road trips, the boys get pretty antsy and we just need that last something to get us through. I like suckers because they last a long time with my kids. You can find a bunch of yummy goodies at great prices at the Albertsons Anniversary Sale.
I purchased these products and more at my local Albertsons, but you can also stock up and save at any of the Albertsons Companies family of stores including Safeway, ACME Markets, Jewel-Osco, Vons, Pavilions, Randalls, Tom Thumb, Shaw’s, Star Market, and Carrs/Safeway. Visit Albertsons.com to find a store near you and discover some fun meal-prep tips and recipe ideas! I hope these tips help your road trips go a little smoother, they have definitely helped us!
