Good hair days are the best days! The more the merrier and when my hair is healthy & hydrated the more good hair days I have. But does anyone else have problems with their hair sometimes getting dry and brittle during the winter months? Mine too! So, today I’m sharing a few tips for keeping my hair hydrated + healthy.
When living in Texas the weather can sometimes be dry, leaving my hair thirsty for some moisturizer. This winter I have been giving my hair some extra TLC by using the Miracle Moisture Boost Collection with Rose Water from the Pantene Nutrient Blends line. And I have loved the results!
The rose water is used to deliver reprieve from dry climates and provides intense hydration. Making my hair stronger and healthier. It has thousands of great reviews online so I’m not the only one who loves it. I’ll put a link here so that you can find it.
After shampooing with the Rose Water Shampoo I follow up with the Rose Water Conditioner. When I need a bit more hydration, I use the petal soft Rose Water Treatment from the same collection. This is an intense hydrated therapy for my thirsty hair by quenching and nourishing it. I have loved the routine and it has left me with a lot more better hair days!
Three more things that have helped my hair stay more healthier is first, I only put heat on it once a week! The second is I try to drink plenty of water during the day so that it keeps both my hair and body hydrated. Drinking water really does help with some many things. And lastly the third thing, which has been a total game changer for my hair is not using hair ties that break my hair. I use spiral hair ties and when I need to put my hair up, I always use these. I also sleep with my hair in a high ponytail at night with the same hair tie. This makes it so my hair doesn’t break off!
Do you have any hair tips that have helped your hair stay more hydrated and healthy?! I would love to hear.
Make sure you grab your own Nutrient Blends Collection, once again that link is here!
sincerely,
