1. Protein Shaker Bottle and Protein powder

Athletes can never have enough protein shakers. You can find these in different colors and they all come with the metal blender. Also, find out what type of protein powder they like. You can typically buy them in 5 pound tubs. Athletes are usually particular about which protein powder they consume.

 

 

2. Yoga Mat or Regular Mat

For yoga or pilates lovers, why not get them a yoga mat! Gaiam or Lululemon have great mats.

 

If they are not into yoga and are in need of a regular fitness mat for ab workouts, etc. here is a thicker mat:

3. Beachbody DVDs

Beachbody is the creator of PiYo, P90X, Insanity, etc. For ladies, I recommend at home PiYo DVDs. For males, I recommend P90X or Insanity.

These will always come in handy for athletes. Make sure that you buy heavy enough or light enough weights for that particular person.

 

5. Flip Belt

This is great for anyone who exercises and wants to keep their phone, wallet, or key close to them. This especially comes in handy for runners. I actually own one of these and I love it!

 

6. Outfits

Girls especially are always in need of a cute gym outfit. You can buy a tank top, yoga pants, sports bra, jacket or sweat band. Gotta be trendy while you sweat!

 

 

 

7. Pre Work out and Electrolyte Drinks

Same thing with protein shakes, find out what kind of pre-workout and electrolyte drinks they like. 

 

 

8. Wireless Headphones

Athletes are always listening to music to pump them up. Why not get them headphones without cords to get in their way? Wireless headphones are great and they let you exercise without care.

 

9. Studio wraps

For the dance, yoga, pilates, and PiYo lovers out there, these are awesome. It helps with grip as well as keeping your feet clean from gym floors.

 

10. Medicine ball or Kettlebell

Similar to free weights, these will always come in handy for them to work any part of their body.
