Here is an effective exercise that works your whole body!
1. Start in plank position, hands are shoulder distance apart, feet are hip distance apart.
2. Bring your left knee into your right elbow
3. Swing that left leg up into a single leg down dog pose. Press through your wrists and activate your arms. Spread your fingers wide and draw thumbs in toward eachother which will give a slight inward rotation in your forearms. Shoulders are away from the ears. Head is between your upper arms. Shoulder blades are firm, core is engaged. Send your hip bones and tailbone up and back. Press heel into the floor. Shoulders face the ground, open your hip slightly.
4. Do 10 and then switch sides
5. Repeat this 3 times
