Winter Simmering Potpourri

Winter Potpourri for Christmas Time

All of my Christmas shopping is finally done – yay! So I can just relax and get into the Christmas spirit now during my free time. I do not usually watch cheesy movies, but this year, I have been watching cheesy Christmas movies almost every day! I downloaded the Hallmark Feeln app and the Lifetime Movie Club app. They have a bunch of feel good Christmas movies, and it has helped me get into the Christmas spirit.

Another thing that gets me in the Christmas spirit is burning candles in my home. My favorite holiday scent is Bath and Body Tis the Season. When you walk into a room and it has that Christmas smell, it brings a smile to my face.

This year I wanted to make homemade simmering potpourri to provide that holiday aroma for my house and I love it! It was so easy to do and I only had to buy three ingredients. If you do this in your home, it will smell fabulous and you will save money on expensive candles. View the recipe card below!IMG_8503
