Sausage and Hash Brown Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Breakfast Sausage
  • 32 oz. Frozen Hash Browns, thawed
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 C Milk
  • 1 1/2 C cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350.

  2. Brown breakfast sausage in a pan and set aside. 

  3. In separate pan with some oil, brown your hash browns just little. 

  4. Mix your eggs, milk, and seasonings in a bow.

  5. In a greased 9x13 pan add your hash browns to the bottom. Place sausage on top. Add cheese. Pour egg mixture over the whole casserole.

  6. Place in oven and bake 35-40 minutes or until eggs are all cooked.
