The Best Homemade Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2-3 green onions chopped
  • 2 tbls chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 1/4 tbls water
  • 1/3 C tahini
  • 2-3 tbls lemon juice
  • 1/4 C olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. In a food processor add in all ingredients.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Refridgerate.
