Loaded Bacon and Tater Tot Breakfast Nachos, breakfast, eggs, bacon, easy, simple, fast, hash browns,

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Smithfield bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 6-7 C tater tots cooked
  • 6 eggs, scrambled
  • 1/2 C Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp seasoning salt
  • 1 tsp siracha sauce
  • 1 jalapeƱos sliced
  • 1/4 C sour cream
  • 1 green onion chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook your bacon, crumble it and set it aside. 

  2. Bake your tater tots on a greased baking sheet according to the instructions on the package. 

  3. When tater tots are almost done cooking, make your scrambled eggs. 

  4. Once tater tots are done, sprinkle seasoning salt on top. Add your eggs, crumbled bacon and sprinkle your cheese on top.

  5. Take sriracha sauce and drizzle it over your nachos. Top with sour cream, green onions, and jalapeƱos.
