Grilled Chicken Avocado Salad

This weekend was totally a soup and salad kind of weekend!  My hubby and I decided to have a cozy date night in. We wanted to make something simple and easy but still delicious. We made this grilled chicken avocado salad to pair with our favorite soup. Idahoan® Steakhouse® Soups! It was perfect for spending time with my SOUP-er significant other hehe. 

But you guys, I have tried a lot of instant soups in my day and these by far are my favorite. They are so yummy, if you haven’t yet do yourself a favor and go get some! I just love date nights, wether we go out or stay in! As long as its a kid free night, my husband is with me, and I don’t have to do to much, its the best! Thats why we chose to have Idahoan Steakhouse Soups because they’re so easy to make. The four delicious flavors are Loaded Potato, Creamy Potato, Cheddar Broccoli and Cheddar Potato. We currently have all of them in stock at our house! 

We ended our date night with a fun movie and we were in bed by 10!!

Grilled Chicken Avocado Salad

Ingredients

• 1 Head Romaine Lettuce
• 1 /2 lb Grilled Chicken
• 1/2 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
• 1 Sliced Avocado
• 1 Handful sliced grape tomatoes
• 1 bottle Chipotle Ranch Dressing

Instructions

1. Grill chicken and slice into strips. Set aside to cool. 

2. Cut up romaine head and place into bowl. 

3. Place grilled chicken, cheese, grape tomatoes, and avocado on top.

4. Drizzle on top with Chipotle Ranch dressing.
