Valentine’s Day will be here before you know it! If you choose to dine in or just want to make a fun meal for the kids, we have got the perfect recipe for you! Heart Mini Margherita Pizzas! These could not be easier to make and of course, there are only five ingredients!
Do you already know how you are going to celebrate Valentine’s day? My husband and I are taking our babymoon during that week, so I will be on the beaches of Hawaii! We might be eating at a luau for dinner on Valentine’s day 🙂 I couldn’t be more excited!
This recipe probably took me about 15 minutes to prepare and it turned out so delicious. The only ingredients that you will need are fresh basil leaves, pizza sauce, cheese, tomatoes, and pizza dough. If you would like to make these in to heart shapes like I did, I just bought a 5.75″ cookie cutter.

Heart Mini Margherita Pizza

Yield 5 Mini Pizzas
Ingredients
1 can pizza sauce
1 bag shredded mozzarella cheese
1 box Fresh basil leaves
1 large tomato
13.8 oz refrigerated pizza dough
Instructions
Roll out pizza dough and flatten with rolling pin until desired thickness (about .25").
With the cookie cutter, cut out about 5 pieces. My cookie cutter was 5.75".
Add 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce to each mini pizza. Spread evenly.
Add desired amount of cheese.
Add diced tomatoes.
Add desired amount of basil leaves.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. (Can use greased cookie sheet or pizza stone).
