Top 5 Summer Trends Spotted at Coachella

As many of you may know, summer style kicked off last week at Coachella. Today I am bringing our sistas the top 5 trends that are going to be HOT for summer fashion 2016!

First a little bit about Coachella for those of you who do not know what it is. Coachella is a music festival in Indio, California. Celebrities and fashion influencers flock to this summer event with the latest summer styles. These stylish ladies inspire the upcoming summer fashion!

Here are the top 5 trends spotted at Coachella with links to examples:

1. Long vests/shirts  How easy is this for summer? This is what I styled for my photos in this post and I absolutely love this look. Long vests/long unbuttoned shirts come in so many patterns and colors. This piece brings so much flare to the outfit! You can wear it with shorts, capris, or long jeans.
2. Vintage Tees       Pull out your mom or dad’s old tees and you will have the perfect grunge look!
3. Chokers    It seemed like this is all the rage. Everyone was wearing them! Yes they have re-emerged from the 2006 trend!
4. Lace  Who doesn’t love lace? It’s beautiful and it is huge for summer 2016.
5. Round Sunglasses  I am buying a pair TODAY! I am loving the new style of shades! Some of them even come in different colored lenses – love it.
