Watermelon Punch Bowl

Growing up, our dad always hosted BBQ’s in the summer. We have grown to love BBQ’s and summer parties! This is a cute and yummy idea for your summer shindigs.

Ingredients
  1. 8 cups cubed seedless watermelon
  2. 2 (12 ounce) cans frozen lemonade concentrate (thawed)
  3. 4 cups water
Instructions
  1. Cut off the top of your watermelon. Hollow out the watermelon - I used an ice cream scoop for this.
  2. Measure out the watermelon and place watermelon chunks in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Place lemonade concentrate and water in a large pitcher and add the watermelon puree.
  4. Mix well and pour into the empty watermelon
Notes
  1. You can either find a watermelon that will stand on its own, or you can cut the bottom or your watermelon to achieve a flat surface
