Hey Sistas! I am always on the look out for a yummy and festive Easter Dessert. These Easter Blondie Bites are one of my favorites to make during the holiday and my family loves them. If you have a sweet tooth then these are perfect for you.

I think its so fun that this dessert has Easter colors in it to make the perfect treat for your Easter get together!

Easter Blondie Bites

Ingredients

1 Funfetti cake mix

2 eggs

3/4 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix together cake mix, eggs, oil, and chocolate chips

Press 1/2 of the dough into greased 9x9 pan

Pour half of sweetened condensed milk evenly over the dough

With the rest of the dough roll into balls and place evenly over the top

Bake for 30 minutes or until it starts to brown

Notes

If you want thinner bars use a 9x13 pan and reduce the cooking time.

These blondie bites are super simple to make. Only 5 ingredients and then you have such a delicious dessert. Holiday or not they are so worth making.

Sincerely,

patti jean
